What does 45 mean?

Main control board self-diagnostic detected internal failure.

Common causes

• Failed control board
• Power surge damage
• Moisture intrusion on board
• Age/component failure

Diagnostic & testing steps

1. 1. Check for 24VAC at board transformer secondary
2. 2. Inspect board for burned components, corrosion, or moisture damage
3. 3. Verify all wire connectors are fully seated
4. 4. Check incoming power: 208-240VAC
5. 5. Replace control board if no other cause found
