What does F1 E1 mean?

Internal main control board error detected. Board cannot operate properly.

Diagnostic & testing steps

1. 1. Unplug washer for 5 minutes
2. 2. Check incoming voltage - should be 120VAC
3. 3. Check all wire connections to control board
